5. Adjuster Call:
Your insurance company’s adjuster will call you within 72 business hours to set up a convenient time to inspect your roof. Let them know you would like your Customer Relations Manager to be present and try to narrow the window of arrival time.
6. Customer Relations Manager Call:
Please call and let your Customer Relations Manager know what time the adjuster will be at your house so that we can be there to assist.
7. Adjuster Meeting:
Your Customer Relations Manager will have the photos and all documentation prepared and ready for your adjuster inspection of your property. They will advocate for your new roof during the inspection.
8. Your Xactimate Report:
Once the insurance adjuster agrees there is significant damage to your roof, they will provide a complete breakdown of what they will pay for. It will be a line-by-line detailed itemized report covering the necessary roofing repairs.
9. Supplement/Negotiation:
Supplements are a normal and necessary part of the overall insurance claim process. More often than not, there will be items not included on the first report that will be necessary for proper roof replacement. We will go through the entire report and documentation to negotiate a complete final scope of work that meets city code and manufacturers' specifications in Denton.
10. Picking out your Shingle and Scheduling your build date:

12. RCV Check:
Replacement Cost Value check (last check). After your roof has been completed, we will notify your insurance and send in your completion certificate. Within a few days, you will receive your RCV check, and we will schedule a time to pick it up at your convenience.
